Your piano or music theory lessons are always taught by myself, and on a one-to-one basis. They are held at my teaching studio in the heart of Willenhall where you will learn on a well-maintained acoustic (non-electric) piano.

In your lessons I can offer a varied range of musical styles to explore, including classical, jazz, blues, pop, rock, musicals and more. Exciting examples of any genre can be learnt once the basics are mastered.

To push your abilties forward and to give a structured pathway, you may wish to take grades. Practical piano exams are available in traditional, pop and rock, and jazz styles. I work with a variety of exam boards including ABRSM, LCM, Trinity, and Rock School. Theory of music exams can be taken in both traditional and popular music theory. Of course you can always mix and match the above options for an exciting and varied musical challenge.

I'm on hand to help in any way I can during your lesson; I'm often asked for support and input for Music GCSE preparation, composition, and other projects.

Free on-street parking is available outside the studio, and there's also a free council car park a minute's walk away on New Hall Street.

I have a comfortable reception area where you can wait if you arrive a few minutes early for your lesson. For younger students, parents are encouraged to sit in on the lesson, and there's seating provided inside the teaching room for this purpose.

Hand-sanitising gel is provided on entrance and exit, and toilet and hand-washing facilities are available.
